Path to Market Workshops

This series of FREE workshops is designed for Kaipara food-related businesses to help you develop a business model for getting your products to market.

The purpose of the workshop programme is to support Kaipara Kai Hub clients to build a solid business model and make money by getting your products into the hands of consumers.

What will the workshops cover?

We’ll cover a wide range of topics such as building the right business model and structure for your business, developing your value proposition, identifying your target customer, financials, pricing, brand, sales and what to include in your marketing plan.

The result for those who participate will be a path-to-market action plan.

Northland Inc has engaged local startup business advisors, Get Better Problems to deliver this programme. The team will bring in subject matter experts from the distribution, food, grocery and FMCG sectors to speak, Q&A and advise on course material.
